Arrows Arena is operated by MindPalace Trivia LLP. This notice describes how the mobile game handles data for the current soft-launch build. The Arrows Arena website does not require an account and does not collect personal information from visitors beyond ordinary web server logs.
What we collect
The mobile game collects the minimum data needed to operate online features: authentication identifiers (including anonymous guest accounts), email when you create or link a permanent account, username and display name, optional short bio, avatar reference if you set one, gameplay progress, multiplayer match results, friends/social relationships, player reports and blocks, and basic device/app information required to keep sessions secure. Soft-launch builds do not include advertising SDKs and do not collect advertising identifiers for tracking.
How data is used
Data is used only to operate and improve the game: matchmaking, leaderboards that are available in your build, daily challenge results, account recovery, content moderation (reports and blocks), and progress sync. We do not sell personal data. This soft-launch build does not include a third-party crash-reporting SDK (such as Crashlytics or Sentry).
Anonymous guests and permanent accounts
You may play as an anonymous guest. Guest progress is tied to a temporary Auth identity on our servers plus local device storage. You can link or create a permanent account (email, Google, or Apple). Public profile fields (username, display name, bio, and avatar when set) may be visible to other players when your profile is public.
User-generated content, reports, and blocks
Usernames, display names, bios, and similar profile fields are user-generated. Players can report and block other players from profile surfaces. Reports are stored securely for moderation; reporter identity is not shown to the reported player. We may reset offensive profile content and restrict accounts that violate our rules. Advertising and tracking
This soft-launch build does not initialize advertising SDKs, does not show ads, and does not use the device advertising identifier for tracking. App Tracking Transparency is not requested. If advertising is enabled in a later update, we will update this notice, App Store privacy labels, and request any required consent before personalized ads are shown.
Game Center
Apple Game Center is disabled in this soft-launch build. We do not authenticate with Game Center or submit scores unless a future update re-enables it and App Store Connect is configured.
Third parties
Downloads are delivered through Google Play and the Apple App Store, which apply their own privacy policies. Sign-in with Google or Apple is handled by those providers when you choose those options. Payment and store account data never reach our servers for this free soft-launch build (no in-app purchases).
Account deletion and retention
Permanent-account holders can delete their account from Settings. Deletion removes the Auth identity and associated personal profile data according to our backend rules; some anonymized or aggregated gameplay records may be retained where needed for integrity of historical matches. Guest players can delete guest data from Settings, which removes the guest Auth identity and local progress on this device. After deletion, residual backups may persist for a limited period before purge. Contact support@arrowsarena.game for privacy requests.
Your choices
